My name is Dan"Danne" Wallgren and in the martial arts world, I go by the title of Shihan, I am one of Masao Shimizu Sensei's oldest students and have been training in 18 different martial arts styles for over 45 years and Okinawa Goju Ryu, White Crane karate/ju-jitsu =Oldest styles)over 49 years. I hold 11 black belts ranging from first degree to red and black belt.
I have a great experience with the style Okinawa Goju Ryu Karate-do(jundokan)and also the self-defense art Kyusho Jitsu (vital point techniques/pressure points control technique), Dim Mak and Verbel Judo tactics, Humans Pressure Point Fight Tactics, I am also the first severely hearing impaired head instructor in Okinawa Goju Ryu Karate in europe.
As a member and licensee of Kyusho International, I have competed in martial arts tournaments for 30 years, winning 900 out of 971 matches in various styles. In close contact competitions, I have participated in 790 matches and won 735 of them, including 118 TKOs and 52 KOs.
Additionally, I served as the national captain of the Swedish Deaf Karate team from 2001 to 2010. During that time, I won two silver medals in the 2004 World Championships for Martial Arts Deaf in Moscow, Russia.
I have helped thousands of women and children learn self-defense to protect themselves from violence, rape, and abuse.
